THREE O'CLOCK

THREE O'CLOCK 

I got the job as ringer-

DING-DONG--DING-DONG--DING-DONG.

I thought that meant I'd pull the rope -

I--OUCH-OUCH-OUCH---was wrong.

This poem was written by Shel Silverstein. This poem is a funny poem. The first time I read it I did not under stood it but then i read it again I thought is was pretty funny. I like the way that Shel Silverstein writes his poems.
